Level 1

Pole Transition & Flow Beginner

Learn to walk, slide, climb, and spin while exploring graceful, fluid movements. Enjoy ample practice time, get your questions answered, and finish with guided dance time to connect your moves. Level 2

Pole Transition & Flow Beginner

Elevate your pole practice in our Level 2 class! Ideal for those starting to invert and comfortable with spins and climbs, this class focuses on refining and linking your skills. Strengthen and smooth out your movements as you create fluid sequences and add flair to your floor work. Build strength and endurance while transitioning effortlessly between pole and floor. Let your creativity shine and start telling your aerial story with style!

Prerequisites

  • Proficiency in basic spins, climbs, and grips.

  • Ability to perform controlled inversions with confidence.

  • Comfortable with basic pole transitions and movements.

  • Solid upper body strength and core stability.

Level 3

Pole Transition & Flow Beginner

Begin your journey of “Dancing in the Air,” as you develop beginner to intermediate variations and combos, making every movement feel as natural as breathing. Embrace the flow and let your aerial artistry shine!

Mixed Level

Pole Addendum

This pole class focuses on developing cleaner execution and better precision of your foundational spins, climbs, and inversions. Class structure includes warm-up and targeted stretching and conditioning exercises to improve the flexibility and strength needed for more polished and controlled movements. Whether you recently learned a new trick or are revisiting one from months ago, this class provides the opportunity to fine-tune your skills and smooth out awkward movements in your practice.

Prerequisites

  • Previous experience learning progressive spins (e.g. V-float, corkscrew, reverse grab)

  • Climbs (e.g. forearm, side)

  • And basic inversions (e.g. straddle-back, ankle-lock, jasmine)

Mixed Level

Foundations & Flow Low Pole

Discover the art of pole dance in a fun and supportive environment! This class is perfect for anyone eager to flow around the pole or refine their skills, regardless of fitness level. Embrace your sensuality, build confidence, and get out of your head as you express yourself through graceful movements and beautiful lines. Celebrate your sensual side in a space where self-expression and comfort are key.

No prior experience is needed, and you’re free to wear what makes you feel confident. Heels are encouraged but optional. Join us to explore movement, get a little sweaty, and experience the joy of learning something new!

Mixed Level

Socks & Heels Low Flow

This class is a mixed level class suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. We will start with a mat warm up focusing on strength, stretch, and a bit of focus on those beautiful legs. I mean who doesn't want gorgeous gams?

Then we move to the pole! At this point students will have the option of fuzzy socks or transitioning to heels. Students will learn combos that fluidly move from floor to pole and modifications will be offered to accommodate different skill levels. All types of music will be used in this class.

Participants are encouraged to wear knee pads and platform-style heels to the class, but it is not mandatory. Those who choose to wear heels will be working on the front box of the shoe, and modifications will be made for those who do not wear heels. Fuzzy socks are always welcome! Overall, this class is a fun and flirty way to explore sensual movement and express all your different personalities!
