Flexibility & Conditioning

These classes will begin with a warm-up to prepare your muscles for stretching and to get your blood flowing. You will then move into a series of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. These exercises will help to strengthen your muscles and improve your range of motion.

Once your muscles are warmed up and strong, you will begin to work on your flexibility. You will use the aid of bands, blocks, and rollers to help you stretch deeper and find your splits. Your instructor will guide you through each stretch, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure that you are getting the most out of each pose.

Throughout the class, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace. Remember that flexibility takes time and patience, and with regular practice, you will see improvements in your range of motion and overall flexibility.

By the end of the class, you will have a better understanding of your body and how to safely and effectively stretch your legs, hips, hip flexors, and glutes.
