Prerequisites

  • Completion of Beginner Aerial Hoop or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in basic hoop techniques, including foundational poses and transitions.

  • Ability to perform controlled inversions and leg hangs.

  • Comfortable with basic strength and conditioning exercises.

  • Adequate core strength and body control for intermediate movements.

  • Instructor approval or assessment for placement, if required.

Level 3

Intermediate Hoop
