Level 1

Beginner & New to Silks

Beginner Aerial Silks is designed to build your aerial strength and teach you the basics. Start with a warm-up on the mats, then move to conditioning exercises on the silks.

Learn climbs, foot-locks, simple poses, wraps, and transitions with guided instruction, ensuring safety with mats always underneath. By the end, you'll feel stronger and more confident in the air, all in a supportive environment perfect for newcomers.

Level 2

Beginner Silks

Elevate your aerial skills in our Level 2 Silks class! Designed for those with prior experience, this class focuses on building core and upper body strength, essential for advanced techniques. Start with a warm-up on the mats, then move to conditioning on the silks. Enhance your climbs, inversions, and transitions for smoother, more powerful movements. Join us to take your aerial artistry to new heights!

Prerequisites

  • Completion of Beginner Aerial Silks or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in basic climbs and foot-locks.

  • Ability to perform a controlled inversion from the ground.

  • Comfortable with basic aerial poses and transitions.

  • Adequate upper body and core strength for conditioning exercises.

  • Approval from an instructor or assessment for placement, if required.

Level 3

Intermediate Silks

Our Intermediate Silks class is designed for experienced students aiming to advance their aerial skills. Focus on strengthening, refining transitions, and mastering new tricks. Increase your endurance and fluidity while learning complex sequences in a safe and supportive environment. Elevate your practice and reach new heights!
